Ingredients
- 1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 c quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350℉.
- Grease an 8" square pan and set side.
- Combine butter and sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until butter melts and fully combined.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well.
- Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
