Ingredients

  • 1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 c quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350℉.
  2. Grease an 8" square pan and set side.
  3. Combine butter and sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until butter melts and fully combined.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well.
  6. Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
