Hawaiian Spare Ribs

Ingredients
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c pineapple juice
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 garlic clove, diced
- 1 small yellow onion, sliced
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 6 lbs pork spare ribs, cut into serving pieces
Instructions
- Place rack in lower third of the oven and preheat to 350℉.
- Combine all ingredients in a very large bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add spare ribs and toss to coat, until covered in sauce.
- Pour ribs into a large baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
- During baking, skim the fat off the top of the sauce, except for 1/4 cup.
- Baste the ribs with the sauce during the baking process.
- When the sauce becomes sticky, the ribs are done. Remove from the oven the place on a serving platter .
