Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 3 small oranges
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Chinese Five Spice powder
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard

Instructions

  1. Grate 1/2 tsp orange peel.
  2. Halve oranges and squeeze juice into a sauté pan. Add butter, cornstarch, Chinese Five Spice, and honey mustard to the pan. Start cooking over medium heat
  3. Cut Brussels sprouts in half.
  4. Add Brussels sprouts to the sauté pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes until sauce is thickened and sticky.
