Glazed Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 3 small oranges
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Chinese Five Spice powder
- 2 tbsp honey mustard
Instructions
- Grate 1/2 tsp orange peel.
- Halve oranges and squeeze juice into a sauté pan. Add butter, cornstarch, Chinese Five Spice, and honey mustard to the pan. Start cooking over medium heat
- Cut Brussels sprouts in half.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the sauté pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes until sauce is thickened and sticky.
