Kahlúa Spiced Peaches
Kahlúa Spiced Peaches
Yield: 12-14 spiced peaches
A Rick favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (29 oz each) peach halves
- 1/2 c Kahlúa
- 1/2 c brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 c white wine vinegar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 thin 4" strips each orange and lemon peel
Instructions
- Drain 1 1/2 c syrup from peaches into saucepan.
- Add Kahlúa, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon, and peels.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain and the peaches and place in a serving bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the peaches.
- Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
