Kahlúa Spiced Peaches

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (29 oz each) peach halves
  • 1/2 c Kahlúa
  • 1/2 c brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 c white wine vinegar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 thin 4" strips each orange and lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Drain 1 1/2 c syrup from peaches into saucepan.
  2. Add Kahlúa, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon, and peels.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain and the peaches and place in a serving bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce over the peaches.
  6. Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
