Ingredients
- 2 pkgs lady fingers
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 2 Heath bars, crushed
- 1 tsp instant espresso powder
- Semi-sweet chocolate, grated
- Kahlua
Instructions
- Pour Kahlua into a bowl. Dip ladyfingers in coating both sides briefly. Place ladyfingers in 9x13 inch pan, lining pan across the bottom and up the sides.
- With a stand mixture with a whisk attachment, or a hand mixer, whip cream and espresso powder until stiff peaks form.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream across the top of the ladyfingers.
- Sprinkle a layer of candy across the whipped cream.
- Add another layer of ladyfingers over the whipped cream/candy.
- Top with another layer of whipped cream and candy pieces.
- Grate chocolate over the top, until it looks good to you.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
- Slice or scoop out into bowls or a serving tray.
